Opening Night of the Season
Morrison High School Cafeteria -- September 29, 2007
6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. -- $15.00 per person

The Overture to the Season benefit will be the 'opening act' for the first concert of the Orchestra's 54th year. This year, unlike previous years, the benefit will feature a chicken dinner plate with vegetable, potato, salad, bread, dessert and drink. The fee for the dinner is a modest $15.00 per person.

Audience members and others in the CSO vicinity are encouraged to attend, not only to sup but to socialize as well. Diners can expect to see the Music Director, members of the Board of Directors, and members of the Orchestra at this festive occasion. It provides an opportune time for the public to discuss the fortunes and future of the Orchestra in its relationships with the communities it serves.

The Autumn Concert will begin at 8:00 pm following the Overture. Tickets for the Concert can be purchased in advance by mail, at select locations in Clinton, Morrison and Sterling, or at the door on the night of the Concert.
